I also noticed you can't advertise forum's here, not even in signature. I read up on that, ouch. But the thing is, I need members badly, so can I at least put it in my sig?

yes you can just don't let your sig pic be too big.. it causes the pages to lag. and yes you can advertise in your sig, and your profile, just not on the forum.
