umm...yeah, anything thats not a samurai anime, like champloo. A list of animes that I've seen are: Naruto (still watching), Excel Saga, Fruit Basket, umm...I know i've seen more...a little of full metal alchemist, but i never got too into that...stuff like that. So, yeah, I've just been itching to watch another series.

Any suggestions?

Bleach maybe. I never saw it myself but my sister liked it.

Sailor moon, don't laugh it is a good series, but i suggest that you watch the japanese version with english subtitles.. the story line is way better than the us version..bdx and i saw the whole series..

Ranma 1/2 that is my favorite anime.. lots of martial arts, and comedy.. i saw both the english dubbed and the english subtitled.. the japanese one is better..

I've heard a lot about Ranma 1/2. I guess its good. And sailor moon, I used to watch that a lot on tv when i was younger (forgot which channal) and I liked it. Back then, i did, anyway. Dunno about now, but who knows. I know if my brother caught me watching it, well...things would be weird.

if the sailor moon you were watching was the live action one (yes i said live action, as in 10 japanese girls running around in pencil skirts..), or the u.s. (DIC) version, then yeah ok.. DIC really messed up that series.. that is why you should go with the japanese version..

i don't think gt wasn't as good as Z, mainly because the focus shifted all onto goku and they made it look like he was the only one who could do anything. they made every other character seem stupid, in the dragon battles trunks and goten should have fused and tried to help out, it would have been better than letting goku be pounded on for 3 eps...
and then they spent so much time focusing on the only power up he got: ssj4 which looks a heck of a lot weaker than his ssj3 transformation or any of the fusions. (though it is the most original looking) in Z the ssj3 shook planets and caused earthquakes, ssj4 should have endangered a planet just to transform into it, but instead all it did was cause a minor earthquake.

ah i see VZ though it was good but not as good as Z i really enjoyed dragon ball Z espicially the buu saga that saga lasted months are maybe a year

Um...how can you say that? Lol, I'm only (checks to look) 17.3% done. The torrent is episodes 1-69. I got a ways to go. It's a good thing that the download rate is 50-80 kbs. But thats probably because I'm downloading from someone thats further than me (their upload rate). It will most likely slow WAY down around 50% - 80%.

Dragon Ball Z, despite what everyone says, is a good anime. Umm..but yeah, basically, you see someone talking in the same spot for an entire episode, or powering up an entire episode, or...goku's spirit bomb for 5-6 episodes (freeza saga). It's ridiculously slow paced. Still..its a good anime.

yeah but if you haven't given it much of a shot, try full metal alchemist again, once you get into it, it gets real good.

Erm... Actually Sailor Moon was pretty good. I never watched it often because I was 8 or 9 and didn't really care for the story. At the time it was still on Toonami just before Dragonball Z, that's the only way I ever watched it is if I was waiting for DBZ. but now that I look back, it was good.

i never said it wasn't.. :ermm: i said that the us version was bad.. and that the japanese version is better... i used to watch Sailor Moon when it was here in the U.S.. however i stoped watching it because it got a little too girly for my tastes. a while ago i got a Japanese episode and just that fast i was hooked.. so now ill only watch anime in japanese.

Let me say for the record, I like all of the sailor scouts except, sailor moon, chibiusa, and tuxedo mask.. i think sailor moon is a whiny, crybaby who rarely handles her self in bad situations and depends on others to save her hide. The only times she actually held her own was whenever the other senshi were killed (happened like 4x) and she had no other choice. Chibiusa is just as annoying.. but she tough.. and tuxedo mask nauseates me with his "riding-in-to-the-rescue-at-the-last-minute-with-always-something-witty-to-say" routine..Her best attack is "Moon Healing Escalation."

Neon Genesis is really good but it will fry your brain at some moments. It can be really heavy on stuff. Gundam Seed is one of my all time favs, and they have a follow up for it called Gundam Seed Destiny. Megaman is also a good one, I've just started watching Beast so it's really good. I would also suggest Full Metal Panic, and Full Metal Panic FUMOFFU. Those two are good in terms of action, but the FUMOFFU is mostly comedy. Just about all of the ones VirusZero posted are really good. I would also recommend IGPX which is on every Saturday on Cartoon Network. Eureka 7 is another one...Sonic X in Jap. They really killled it english. GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) is really great! All of these are really good and I liked them. So check them out. I could post way more but I don't have that much time on my hands...

what about full metal panic FUMOFFU that show make you laugh hard its anime though

Yea, I really like it. I have all the DVD and have yet to stop laughing when ever I see them.

I only have an episode of Full Metal Panic. It's on a DVD I got from an anime magazine.

Samurai Champloo! That show is awesome and so hilarious. i remember one episode when a forest gets burnt down and just as Mugan was about to kill this one guy it turns out the forest had a lot of marajuna in it. It was funny because they stopped fighting when the forest was burning around them and were like all happy. >_<

Trigun is one of my favorites, its very funny, has nice action, big weapons and a pretty nice story line

Well, okay, when I first posted this, I wasn't in the mood for samurai stuff. NOW It's okay. Yeah, Inuyasha is a good anime. I did kind of get into it on Adult Swim. I stopped watching it, though. And, I've seen an episode of Samurai Champloo, just once. I enjoyed it. I was pretty tired at the time, it was spring break, we were having a video game party with adams friends and my friend, because my mom and dad were out of the house over at Hawaii. So, yeah, I remember liking it. I'm sort of focused on Bleach right now, though. I might download Full Metal Alchemist later this summer if I can get done with bleach.

Hm....Which other anime is good...Rurouni Kenshin is a good one.

inuyasha... i tried watching that one but i didn't find i could get into the story of it, and it never really piqued my interest, i have no idea why either.
