Frost you wouldn't have to fear the heights if you have ability to fly. Besides you would be so strong that fall from few kilometers wouldn't hurt you.

Frost just wants to teleport because he could get to places faster. But then, when he gets pushed off a cliff he would be so scared he'd forget how to teleport or even that he could teleport, where as flying that'd save ya. :evilgrin:

imagine triggering the hyper ability while you were sleeping, and you woke up floating 6 feet over your bed facing down. or you went hyper and got super saiyin hair... (i can kill you by poking you in the eye with my hair, lol)
