First off neo, its a RULE NOT TO BE ASKED if you can, WHEN will you be able to, and HOW Long...and since breaking rules is frowned upon here, you might not ever be. Also its about maturity. it doesnt matter how much you post. look at AJ he had wayy les and hes a GMod, so theres no time or amont til you get promoted.

Also dont ask about thomanski becoming one, because you might ruin his chances also.

11) How do i become an admin/gmod? How are they selected?

A. we select people whom have been with us for quite sometime, and have contributed to the forum, as well as obeying the rules.. have never gotten warned or suspended, and we also have to be able to trust them. some members here think that you become a mod or admin if you have over a certain number of posts.. but that is not what we go by. when we choose our staff, we make sure that there is a valid and substantial reason behind it.

For example, Bdx owns the place, but I run it.. he's in charge of posting his flash and updates, and answering questions, but i am the one who makes changes to the board, i also execute the punishments.. We hired TESM, because he is a hardass when it comes to the rules, BDX and i are laid-back, but TESM, is the most strict. Majintobias, was hired because he helped me resurrect this forum, back when it had died.. and even BDX stopped comin around. Viruszero, was just as supportive then, and had even helped with the changes. we recently promoted him, because he was an excellent GMOD, and when bdx released FFSX5, this place got crazy, I was overwhelmed, and so was BDX, Majin and TESM, had school and so we felt that it was time for Viruszero to be promoted. A.J. was promoted to GMOD because he helped ressurect this forum, upheld the rules, and has shown his dedication..

The admins have to agree unanimously on the selected candidates, and then bdx and i discuss it further. It is quite an extensive process really, but now we may not hire new staff, because we are fully staffed. we have 5 admins, and bdx has made it clear that that is all the staff we'll need for a while.

i know.. but in my case i have gotten lucky to manny times.. and have driven every one to evther being banned/suspend.. liek LK. and a few others that like me.. i bring out the worst in people.. and when there worst is out and im still alive i move on..
