I think there should be a few limits on what can be reported in the news.. i'll give you an example..
After the first attack on the twin towers, there was a lot of info regarding the structure of the building.. I don't think that that should have been reported.. I think that they should have just reported about what happened, who got hurt, and any damage done to the building.. instead of discussing the internal structure of the building..
About a week ago, they mentioned that cops would no longer be stationed in the closed subway booths, because there wasnt enough money to pay for the extra shifts.. and that they would be riding the subways and keeping watch that way..
I don't think thats hould have been reported at all.. especially after the 9/11 attacks.. because they are basically telling us that some stations will be unsecured, and it could give any terrorists living here the opportunity to make their move.. Patroling the cars is a good idea because it could help make commute safer for the passengers.. However, I don't see how it can be effective in protecting the closed stations from attack.. afterall, once you are on the train, you are pretty much a sitting duck..
Anything else reported in the news is fine as is..
What do you think? Do you think that should be limits on the news?
Yes..because sometimes news tend to tell "their own truht" and people unfortunaly tend to believe in them.........
