actually its because Hellblaze Headquarters and The Chill Out Zone have merged, so now this forum is the result of the combination. it shares the more mature aspects of the chill out zone while still maintaining the material for those who do not want to deal with the mature stuff.

How is a topic about stereotypes and racism offensive? if you actually read and understood them then you would know that those who have posted in those topics agree that they are offensive, and were merely posting their thoughts about the people who do so.. the only way you could find it offensive is if you were either racist, or stereotypical.. :ermm:

family guy is a cartoon.. the discussions in that forum are serious.. if you read and paid attention to the posts in that forum, you will see the people in favor of its' legalization are stating for those who benefit from it.. i.e. glaucoma patients, and those whom are suffering from cancer treatments.. did you actually read the posts? or did you just look at the title and form an opinion? :ermm:

not everything has a moral or morals, look at alot of criminals, aside from the "i steal to feed my family" stereotype most hardened criminals have no morals and no issues with what they do or have done. look at companies like the ad companies specifically, these greedy bastards work so hard to make you see their product/ad that they go to the measure to infect our computer with spyware and adware just so you will be forced to see them.

and also not everything has a deeper meaning sometimes what you see IS what you get, nothing more enothing less. sure family guy has it's moments where you may not understant unless you know something else but that isn't a deeper meaning, family guy is meant to entertain you with parodies of things and satire ( ie insults to things or witty remarks about things, mainly family guy will stick to insulting things. )

and also cartoons and tv isn't the be all end all best source of knowledge or the authority of things, sure it can help but for all the falsities you find on the internet, it is still way more beneficial.

Haven't you ever heard the saying never believe what you hear and only half of what you read? Technically Family Guy doesn't even have morals. Unless you decide to look at it from a point of view which would make the show unfunny or something along those lines. O.k. this saying probably doesn't apply to everything...

Well, I remember when Lowis and Peter get high in order to preform an act in a talent show Chris gives a moral at the end... Other then that, Family Guy is just a cartoon not to be taken serious. It's like if Jerry off the subway comercial said go and jump off a bridge, i hope you wouldn't think he's serious.
