Chapter 1: Getting Started

Introduction:
Well you’ve decided to join Hellblaze… good taste. I take it you’re over the age of 13, if not I spit on your muffin. If you are then lets continue and get you stuck in good. Well there are some members it’s important to know… Those are: Black Angel Black DevilX and Viruszero (BA, BDX and VZ) (just don’t mess with them… they’re admins). Now you know them… Lets get to your account and you.

Making your account:
1) Chose a good Username,
2) An easy to remember password,
3) And give them your email address so they can send you some cool things!
4) Then agree to the agreeing thing… I’ve read it so you don’t have to and I’ll tell you what it says:
Remember that we (as in BDX, VZ and BA) are not responsible for you post or any pms, any member that thinks a message is objectionable should contact us (as in BDX, VZ and BA) by email, and we can remove it. If you agree you will not brake any law like: knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy. And don’t post any copyright.

Rules (simplified):
1) Be 13+
2) Respect all members, no exceptions accept with someone called coolman… long story… anyway moving on. Flaming is kind of disrespecting so don’t do that either! (he didn’t respect people and got a good spanking by us all)
3) What ever the admin says goes

When you’ve been accepted and you’re allowed to post go straight to http://ffsx.sytes.net/index.php?showforum=28 and say hi (and be welcomed by members). Most members will have different ways of saying hi… For Black Angel she chooses the quick 2 second flat automated post… But she’s very busy, most of the time, and so I think it’s a great idea… Most of the members will say: Welcome! Post and eat pie. Speaking of pie I think it would be stupid if I don’t say this:

Pie:
A lot of members are crazy about pie… it’s ok if you don’t like pie or just like to be a bit rebellious about it, (we’re (meaning most people but me) still voting/fighting for a god of pie) But that’s what all the chatter is on about.

Chapter 2: The 28 Topics and 11 Sub Topics!

Posting:
Well this is the most important part of this topic so I will go over it well so you understand most of the knocks and crannies!
Keywords:
Topics: A new topic is when you start a section of your own about something that no one has said before… (This is important because otherwise it will be deleted) for this you click the picture with shadow saying new topic next to it.
Polls: This is like a topic with a vote in it. To make one click on knuckles with the text “New Poll” next to it … More will be explained below

Replying:
When you want to reply click on the MegamanX picture where it says reply. This should bring up a new picture. At the top there will be “Replying to…” just so you know you’re replying to the right topic/poll in the box with the inactive scroll bar to its right type the message you want to say. There are many ways to spice up your text…
Colouring: To do this highlight the area you want to be coloured go to the colour scroll box above the text box (It should say colour on it) and select your colour!
Example:

Sizes: Same as colouring but with the Text scroll box!

Fonts: You got it!
Example:

Bold/Italic/Underline: Highlight and then simply press the button you want.
Hyper link: that’s the http:// button… highlight the word and a box should come up. Chose the writing you want to show it as and then put in the address!

Insert Images: Img button! If you want an image from the internet then… left click the image there should be an address… copy and paste that… then highlight the pasted text and press the image button!
Example:

Emails: Simply the @ button… put the email address then highlight it and press the @ button

Quote: If you want to quote what someone has said then copy and paste their text (So it looks perfect) then highlight it and press the button…

This is a pattern!
Code: If you want to show someone how you’ve done something like colour or fonts or whatever then highlight it and press the code button (Including the text)

List: To create a list click it… put down your first list like
Friends:
(Press list now)

Smilies: Yay my fave! Just click where you want it to be and select your smilie! Example: ;D

Now that’s the long part done!
Polls: Make a poll in the “Cast your vote” section. Then decide its title… decide on the Question and then put down the optional answers… then decide how many answers you wish to limit the people to!

Post options and Icons aren’t exactly important but just fiddle with them if you want!

Topic sections: There are many sections… 28 to be exact… and that’s split into 5 sections itself. Community Services where the we have the important things… and where you say happy bday, celebrate and say hello! HellBlaze Cafe where we talk about BDX’s flashes and voice acting… things that you only get here in Hellblaze! Flash & Photoshop resources are where we talk about flash and photo shop, simple! Hobbies and other interests is where we get to do our hobbies… and rp and comics! The lounge is where we sit and talk about everything and anything!

Sub-sections: Some sections are kind of involved with other sections but are different at the same time. They will be in the topic in another section.

Difficult to understand sections:
Up Close & Personal: This is where you have to behave like a real gentleman or woman and be very discreet… so no mucking around. This way we can get into things good and proper!
Rp Hideaway: This is where your imagination can be set free and you can tell stories with your character… and do what you want really
Art & Fanfic zone: Where you can display comics or thing's you've designed... Or when you've got some spare times pop in and take a look... The comics are a real laugh!
Anime and Such: It's Japenese cartoon things (i didn't know of anime till i joined this so you may learn something from it)... always a good snoop
Gaming Zone: Ask people for challenges, and just talk about games here...
Comedy Central: Got a good joke? pop in and tell us... or just look at others and laugh your guts out
Music,Movies, & TV: What it says on the cover

I'm going to sticky this, as far as everything goes, Looks great, there will be NO excuse now if someone refuses to follow the rules, (even though the main rules are explained in plain english as well) this one defines everything.

Let's see, I think either MT or VZ were a few but I forget the rest. I had a long period of inactivity and when I returned, there were a lot of things changed so I forgot a lot of stuff.

FFSonic Requested it, because his world opt comic was like an rp..

and AJ, the RP area is a new subforum for the Art and fanfic area..

because of the explosio in the number of member comics, we decided to allow all comics to be posted in that area..

Well you’ve got the rules sorted… know how to communicate. But why not look good? Why not get stuck in with your mates and show what you’re like.

Go to “My controls” (at the top on the bar) here you can write pms change your signature, get an avatar… and change your profile itself!

Pms: A useful way to get in touch with someone on the site… it’s like posting but you chose the person and then write and send!
Signature: It’s like posting, again, but it will appear under every post, this will be where you show what you are. If it’s by text or image. Try to make it shorter than 200 pixels and thinner than 550 pixels… otherwise you get a scroll bar.
Avatar: The picture that represents you! The picture must be 128X128 pixels but it’s well worth it… This too will be with your every post

Since this is only my brains having a rest lets waste our time with a little story that should help you understand how to behave:
Once apon a time there was a member called coolman… He went around and sweared at other people, called peoples comics crap, and there sprite sheets too… Yes those poor people in little boxes that if you match together they move. Anyway he got suspended… then came back… he went back to his evil ways and people expressed their feelings of anger. This went on and he fought for his name… Soon Black Angel got pissed off and people were allowed to do what they want to him… So they grabbed their weapons (I was there… cool weapons) and fought him… the battle ended in a few seconds… we all spat on his corpses smashed it some more and threw it in the river… and if you ever see him again show no fear and give him a beating… Well there you go… the story of coolman... Oh now he signature says “I’m an inconsiderate bastard.
I got banned for 99999999999999999999999999999999 hours”

Contests: Some people get titles from winning contests… Make a cool signature and avatar and then pray to god you’ll win… then you’ll look sweet!
Respect to get higher ranks: Post in almost every subject… get to an elite and if you do something incredible or stay with us long enough you just may reach higher
