Which one would/are you getting?

im getting the wii becuase my dad bought me the 360 and the PS3 costs too much

I would get the wii because it is backwards compatible..

I wouldn't get the 360 until there are as many mods, emulators, and hacks for it as there are for the xbox..

I'm getting the *deep breath* WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Why? Because I'm a Nintendo guy. That I was able to get a Gamecube the first day it came out without a reserve or anything. Good times.

I want to get the PS3 because Playstation is my favourite game console.

PS3...that is if i manage to get the money....let's just say that i'm an sony lover...

I'm not buying anyone cause even if I want I wouldn't be able to afford for them. I still wouldn't be able to afford for ps2 though.

Nothing...it's just that my dad is already an old bag you know, i'm not used to have my dad asking me to play with him, that's all...

it don't matter i won't be getting any of them until next year ( until the price drops and a bunch of games come out. ) though I'll probably go for the ps3 cause dmc4, mgs4, and those awesome games. Though i am looking at nintendo'sconsole just because of ssbb, but i won't get that system until ssbb is out.

I want the PS3 but to use memory cards you're going to have to buy an add on. It's not already part of te system I believe. However I still want one. I also want a 360 but not a Wii. Why? Well the Wii look fairly good but the graphics aren't great, and even though it has innovative gameplay, it won't be able to produce games like the PS3 and 360 will after they work more with the next-gen systems.

im gettin the Wii. cuz i just dont like Xbox and since PS1 games are compatible wit 2, and PS2's games compatible wit 3, id just wait for the 4...lol

Well, I can't select an option since I really have no idea. I have a 360 and I want a PS3 but I don't know if I'll get one, too with the Wii.

I think the PS3 is over rated
I like the Xbox 360. I think the timing was good and it had good results
As normal with sony their timing was poor and let it down cause i think alot of fans went for the Xbox 360
But people went for the Wii cause it was something different. And in this case it makes that alot better. I get bored of looking at a screen on my ass playing with a controller... The Wii's alot more active

thats why as soon as smash bros brawl comes out. the Wii will take over all game consoles.

all you 360 fans who supported the xbox over the ps2 because of it's superior hardware, where are you now that the ps3 has the strongest specs? you say the x-360 was released at a good time? and that it's doing fine? where is the hypocracy here? I always stuck to the point it's the games that make the system, you can have the most kick ass system in terms of power, but if you have no killer games your doomed from the start, and THAT is the issue I've had with the Xbox and the 360, halo and fable for the xbox, gears of war for the 360... Thats all that looks good to me, sure it might have a bunch of other decent games but it doesn't have as many as it should have if it wants to succeed.
The ps2 has a whole load of games and the ps3 just launched so they're still building up, the revolution is at the same point as the ps3, it's just launched and it's WAY too soon to tell how it will fare. Any one that says "oh its going to do great " or "oh it's going to fall apart" has no clue because they can't forsee the future, no one can, for all we know the revolution might end up releasing games that all bomb, and one after another. And the same thing could happen to any of the systems. We can guess or say what we want to happen but we cannot know the truth. Peronally I'd like to see the ps3 take off and the price drop, because there look to be alot of awesome games coming out for it. (atleast at this time)

I'm not really a 360 fan... I wanted a PS3 over the 360 in truth but the cost is something my parents chose not to get for Christmas.

yeah, that is true, cost is always a factor but to be honest the newest technology always is the most expensive. And companies realise that if you want the newest stuff you have to pay for it, money drives the world, corporations exist for this purpose.

yeah VZ is right i dont like the 360...it wasnt made as good and was rushed out yet has awseom games...

dont hate the PS3 sony made something for you to enjoy...accept that

when the consoles and games are just released it will look more first generation but over time you can really judge on how the PS3 will work out

no blazer...SSBB will not own all the consoles...halo 2 is the longest fastest and still selling item and history and has sold tons of copies making it the most sellable item in history yet you think SSBB can do that...no way...

i currently do own all systems now...i play my 360 more than the wii and PS3 more than the 360 and wii...PS3 has some upcoming kick ass sequels to it like DMC4 oh yea...

Personally, I think each system has its advantages. Each system does have games exclusive to the systems only. Different ways of storing memory, and more.

Oh...The Wii for me...Sure I want to get Sonic The Hedgehog for the Xbox 360, but I just can't afford it...Anyways I'm getting the Wii as a late Christmis Present, so I'll really enjoy it. Why am I getting the system? Nintendo is the only one trying something dareing. They're not trying to impress everyone with amazing graphics, and appealing only to certain people. They're trying to take gaming to new heights, and so far the sells are proving that it's worth every penny. The games I've seen on there are amazingly fun, and even some of the graphics are great.
