Title: Loss of a loved one
Dark Mage - October 21, 2006 11:00 AM (GMT)
Today around 5:15PM my mum calls me while I'm at my sister's boyfriend's place and she says to me "Nan Cullen died" (Cullen's my last name, and I refered to my grandma as Nan) and I was like "What? Your joking!",and I really got along with her well.
I wanna see my family on my father's side, but don't wanna see my dad.
Black Angel - October 21, 2006 12:57 PM (GMT)
I am very sorry for your loss DM.
Sephiroth - October 21, 2006 04:11 PM (GMT)

Gameshrk90 - October 21, 2006 04:22 PM (GMT)
I've lost a granpa of mine, we never really got along, but I was still sad when he died. I know how you feel. I'm just lucky that I still have another Grandpa, and this one I get along with.
Black Angel - October 21, 2006 04:34 PM (GMT)
Bdx and i lost our paternal grandmother, in 2003, our god mother in feb. 2004, our great grandmother (she raised us, so she was like a mother) in oct. of 2004, our other great grandmother (our mother's paternal grandmother) in september of 2005, and our maternal grandfather in june of this year, we feel your pain.
Sephiroth - October 21, 2006 04:53 PM (GMT)
I lost a friend of mine last year...he was muged and...stabed...two times in the bely...it took me sometime to recover from it, since it was my childhood best friend...
MaranX - October 21, 2006 05:03 PM (GMT)
I'm very sorry DM. I also lost people who were dear to me. Like my Aunt who died few years ago. She used to look after me and my cousin. I will never forget her. Remember that whataver religion says, people who we used to know, still exist, in our memories.
Mystic Mage - October 21, 2006 06:46 PM (GMT)
I'm sorry for your loss.
I don't know how it is to lose someone cause the only one to die in my family was my Step Grandma and i barely knew her so i didn't really take it badly...
The worst i've lost is my cats...
Snowflame - October 21, 2006 08:58 PM (GMT)
Well mine is like DM's story.
Dark Mage - October 22, 2006 12:34 AM (GMT)
Thanks guys,it's the second loss I've had in 2 months, first my bird Locke flew away, now my grandmother died,I know I'm sad about it,but I don't know what I'm feeling,I think it's sadness and shock, cause I thought my grandfather would go first, cause I'm pretty sure he's a bit older.
Sephiroth - October 22, 2006 12:39 AM (GMT)
Try no to think about...what am i saying....you have to think about it in order to get over it...just think about the good moments you had with that person, all the good expiriences you two shared...that will cheer you up, believe me...that's how i got over my friend's death...
Clyra - October 22, 2006 01:40 AM (GMT)
I'm terribly sorry. I lost my grandmother on my Mom's side, but I was only 8 and I don't remember it too well.
Though I do understand all too well the empty feeling inside when someone you know or may not know has died. Aeon and I lost a fellow co-worker about a month ago. He committed suicide. My best friend lost her childhood friend to a fatal car crash so I've see how badly it tears people apart.
Once again, I'm terribly sorry that this has happened to you. Alas, it's something that happens everyday and we must learn to live with the bad by drowning it out with the good.
*Hugs DM* Trust me, you'll need plenty of these.

Anytime. You know, I'm there (sort of) if you ever need a shoulder to cry on or an ear to talk to.
Dark Mage - October 22, 2006 03:56 AM (GMT)
Thanks. (I said the same thing to a friend of mine who goes to a all-girls school when we were in primary school)
Clyra - October 22, 2006 04:00 AM (GMT)
Your welcome. Besides, I love to LOVE people. It's what I do. ^.^
Aw. She must've felt very special.
blazermax - October 22, 2006 04:24 AM (GMT)

Dark Mage - October 22, 2006 11:09 AM (GMT)

It's very nice Clyra :) I hope that if I would have a girlfriend she will be like you.
DM, maybe blazermax's thing doesn't compare to yours, but when I was like 4-5 years old, I was very sad when I had broken one of my my lego blocks. That was the saddest thing I could see until my Mom's uncle died. Then I changed my way to react for such things. It only depends on the events in your life. :-_-:
Dark Mage - October 22, 2006 11:52 AM (GMT)
Well, all I do is suffer pretty much, everyday I get insulted or pissed off,for some reason, there's no will to end my life in me,which is a good thing I guess....
Snowflame - October 22, 2006 07:40 PM (GMT)
My granfather (My Dad's father) was such a great guy he always says positive things about me, he showed me how to play football when I was little. He said "one day you'll be a great footballer". A few days later my perants said to me and my Bro that our granfather had just died. I got frozen and upset I really missed him so much. And I will always renember him... :'( :'( :'(
Clyra - October 22, 2006 08:10 PM (GMT)
The one thing you can't EVER let yourself forget is that there a people out there that love and cherish you. And as long as you know that, you have nothing to worry about.
Snowflame - October 22, 2006 08:12 PM (GMT)
Now Im already thinking about my granfather... :'(
Clyra - October 22, 2006 08:18 PM (GMT)
It's ok Snowflame. Just remember all the good times you two spent together over the bad. You should feel happy rather than sad. Sure I know you're sad because you miss him, but as long as you have your memories of him, he'll never "die". He always be with you in heart.
...Sorry for all the sap... But it's true and that's how I feel about things.
Snowflame - October 22, 2006 08:22 PM (GMT)
Yeah ok, thanks for that Clyra. :B):
Lloyd T.H. - October 23, 2006 11:21 PM (GMT)

I'm sorry. I know how hard it is to deal with the loss of a love one and I know you never really get over it. Just remember the good times you spent together. It'll make you smile trust me.
Mystic Mage - October 26, 2006 07:15 PM (GMT)
Well... she's in a better place
That's how i've stopped my tears
Dictator - October 26, 2006 08:13 PM (GMT)
The only death in my family I've ever experienced was of someone I didn't know on my mom's side. i didn't feel sad, I was young and didn't know who he was. I couldn't feel any sadness. I may not know what it is to lose someone close by death but I can understand your pain DM.
You'll get passed this and move on through life. You should know this. If you feel the need express the good things about your grandma to others. Don't bottle your emotions inside. I'm immensely sorry for your loss.
Mystic Mage - October 27, 2006 05:27 AM (GMT)
Well don't let it affect you.. move on in life... Don't let it affect other people than yourself...
Dark Mage - October 27, 2006 05:50 AM (GMT)
It's affecting my life, cause now I'm angrier a lot quicker,I get angrier faster than Sonic can run.
