Well we had this really weird meet up on MSN with most people I know on it...

We'll start from when someone asks what colour he should use

David: What colour should i use for my text
Me: Purple!
Sara: No pink!
Me: Pink?
Heather: Orange
Me: Nah
Peter: Pink
Me: Dude that was late
Heather: Why no orange
Me: Cause you can't see orange
Heather: Yes you can!
Me: Wait
Me: See?
Heather: I can't see it
Me: Ofc you can't... get some glasses
Sara: Tom!
Me: What?
Peter: Gold?
Me: Peter ffs!
Elouise: Green
Me: Green reminds me of moss
Elouise: Oh right
Heather: Red
Me: Heather you're text is red
Peter: Why not yellow
Me: Oh god sake i give up! David what do you think?
Me: David?
Me: David you there?
*Looks and see that David is no longer with the conversation*
Me: Oh that bastard!
*David rejoins the convo*
Sara: Tom! Don't call Heather boyfriend a bastard
David: Tom! you called me a bastard
Me: *Gulp*
David: Soooooo what colour should i have my text as
*Everyone leaves*

That was annoying as hell... He put his text Pink in the end... then green... the red... then yellow... then went back to black!

nope, cause i can still see i, if they want to read it they can highlight it or change their color.
(but seriously in most cases if you set a bg color for the text then that will be sent along with the text so it'll show up as a block of bacgroundcolor with the text inside)
but i don't know if this can be done on msn or not... (i don't really pay attention to much other than what i'm saying to my contacts...)

Yes but that takes alot of effort

In the end white colour text is stupid

white color for msn- yes it is stupid
but white color for other texts, very useful.
specially when doing signitures or things with dark backgrounds already.
