I like the part about no random battles but monsters actually seen on the field. And while the story seems somewhat recycled (Two kingdoms split apart was it?) I could be wrong.

No random battles? That takes all the fun out of stuff.

I HATE random battles. It gets annoying. I'd rather see monsters on the field than just have some battle start up.

I guess but the random battles are what makes Final Fantasy....FINAL FANTASY!

yeah really, every ff has had random battles (exception being tactics) and if they got rid of it it would make it worse.

I think that we should sign a petition to bring back random battles!

Who thinks the new FF games is coming out this year? It was to come out this spring, but now it's in the air. As for me, late this year if not early 2006. Any thoughts?

No way. o.o; I think it'll be as late as December. But I could be wrong.

It's usually around those dates. That is if they can do the voiceovers, translations, and all that other good stuff by then.
