Hello and welcome to this new topic where you can discuss about your favorites games... from 10 to 20 years ago.

I have nothing against the new consoles and games, but remembering the roots doesn't hurt. So if you feel nostalgic, this is the place for you.

Ok you beat me to it, this is something I meant to post a long time ago.
Ill kick start it, does anyone remember Street fighter ONE (yes there really was a part one!) I only played it in the arcades, but I used to play it so much that at one point I could beat it with one quarter! I will look for screenshots and or video clips of this game and add them to my post a little later, right now I am working on something else.

BTW with the ease of use in aquiring Emulators for the PC and the low cost of a Controller it is easy to get into Retro-Gaming. I might be cool to see what mario was like bfore he had a water squirting backpack, back when he and his brother Luigi used to clear crabs and squids and flies from a infested sewer ;) , or before that when Mario used to climb scaffolding dodging barrels being thrown by a angry Gorilla armed with only the occasional mallet!
Tink about it Kiddies

I think I'm done, while I havent found any video clips of the original, there are tons of screenshots and a Wikipedia article, I have posted some pictures from Street fighter.

All in all it was a cool game, and it's sequel helped jumpstart the stuttering heart of the Arcade game's industry
