Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that we have some underaged members on this forum. one of these members just turned 12 today. From now on any member who is under 13 years of age, will be banned until their 13th birthday.

The reason i am enforcing this, is because it is a direct violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) as well as the TOS Agreement to have underaged members on the forum.
