Title: On trial for a crime you didn't commit..

If you were being tried for a crime you did not commit, would you plead guilty and face life or would you take your chances, plead innocent, and risk facing the Death Penalty?

I'd take my chances. The only good thing that could come from life in prison is that they take your case and look it over and notice their mistake. Besides, this way I have a chance of getting my case cleared. Life in prison basically is a death penalty in the way it's formed.

Well, seeing the number of innocent people put to death for crimes, they didn't commit, only for the law makers to say "oops.. my bad.." and then leave it at that, I am going to say that I'd plead guilty.. even if it meant that I'd be in prison for something that I didn't do.

This way, I'd still be alive, in case they got a break in the case proving my innocence.
