saphirekitty - September 26, 2007 03:40 AM (GMT)
That my friend, shall be a very miserable life if u can only have one

i choose death, and i wont explain the reason behinde my answer

I'd offer you zoloft but I don't know where mine is, ... probably old and stale anyhow. I pick love because money can't buy love or happiness unless it's the name of some cologne or perfume. True it can buy things that make you happy but it can't buy love, like really for real really real true love. As for health, if you're health and can live long then what's the point if you don't have money or love? All you could do is give back to the community, ... well I guess someone's gotta do it, but not selfish me, I's not havin' it, no suh.

maybe, but do you really want to put the person you love go through the pain of knowing your sick? BA never even said what ilness, it could be Aids or cancer, something life threatening. I wouldnt choose love because i dont want someone who cares about me to weep over me, no one should have to think about that everytime they look at you.

She didn't say that there was an illness, you can be unhealthy and not be sick. Wheather it be high cholesterol, low blood sugar, high blood pressure, or something of that effect. But even if you did have an illness all you can do is live and love to the fullest, leave no stone un broken and have no regrets. That's the way I look at it anyhow.

You might thnik that i'm a ambicious and all...but camon, we all would like to have some money...at least in my cvase that's what i need the most right now, so i wouldn't say no to the first opurtunitie to get many if it crossed by me.

Ya know there is an 'other' option.. my goodness, reading about halfway through this topic, you'd have to talk me off of a ledge.

As for me I choose Other, and my answer would be "happiness." Because you can have all the money in the world, and still be miserable as money doesn't buy happiness. The suicide rate amongst the rich oughta tell you that.

You can have the love of someone you love, or love someone who doesn't love you back, and still be miserable.

You can have good health, and still be miserable.

If you have happiness, not necessarily happy-go-lucky happy, but internal happiness, then it instills confidence, and when you are confident, things have a way of working to your advanatage, in that if you are confident in yourself, then others will be confident in you too.

Everything else from that point will fall into place.

You make a good point but I find happiness to be overated. I'd rather keep the not caring whatever will be will be don't fight the inevitable type attitude that I have now than be happy all the time, although by not caring not exactly sad about things, anywho that's just the way I see it.

I'd probably pick happiness... To be honest deep down below in me I will never... ever... EVER be happy

But that's only the core there's always room around it to be happy.

I will never be happy because there's always something wrong with the world we live in. And whatever is taken away and what ever is given to us people will always muck up, and nature will always bite back.

Nothing will ever be perfect. There is no possible way to get to that perfection it's like running up a stairs that has no end.
Everything that happens these days and has ever happened has been for power. I won't talk about the religous side of this theory cause if anyone reads it and is religous they might be offended...

In one way or another whatever man does it will lead to power in some place.

What is only one of the main reasons why there will never be true happiness for me

But then... I'm also glad I feel this way. I'd rather dread on the truth and live my days the best way I can, than live in a fantasy world.

And that is exactly why I don't care, nothin' can be done about it so why mope about? I'm not saying to care about nothin' and just let time drag you by while you stare at the sun sayin', "pretty colors," I'm just sayin' that people should spend more time focusing on what can be done than on the impossible, because drastic measures would have to be taken to make the world truly a better place with no power struggle or poverty and most people are scared of change even if it is for the better. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not sayin' to stop feeling the way you feel, I'm just sayin that I don't see the point in feeling sad about something like that.

You cannot have all of just one thing, it would be hell. Even happyness of any sort after a while would be painful, you'd want other emotions and experiences. That's why I pick other... And I chose: A variation of all those.

Some money, some love, some health.

ClockHass - September 28, 2007 01:04 AM (GMT)
I take comfort. It's the one thing that allows you to have it all and not be too down ever. Comfort is a nice summing of it all.

Darn, I can't argue with that *melts.*
