which sonic game do you think had the all around best sound track

3 had a outstanding track with the likes of icecap zone or hydro city. CD had a weird track but songs like sonic boom and starlight speedway made up for it

I likes the tracks for SA2 but some ofd them were just lame. piramed came is one of my favoret stage theams, and I like knux level theams dispite my distast for anything rap-like

some of the tracks for SA1 were REALLY good, like E-102s theam or the piano thing htat platys when he dies. chrush 40 did a grate job with oper your heart and I think it captured the deep underlying theam of the game and chos's plite.

heroes was diffrent. to say the least, i would say the tracks went half and half. I liked what im made of and this machine but if I ever hear team sonic theam agin I will couse some colatireal damage. the stages were ok, but not grate, I think the best stage music from heroes would be power plant but thats just IMO.

personalyl i like soinic 3 soundtrack because o f the ice cap zone and its cool style, but the remixes are too much ocremix has quite a good ice cap remix ( that later oddly enough turns into a rap song. . . ) but other than that sonic 2's boss music was ok, but i liek the sonic 3 boss music best, and the secret level's music in sonic 3 and knuckles.
as far as sonic heroes, level music ok, except the cursed bingo highway ( gah i hate that level so much. ) other sonics theyre ok.
sonic cd was ok didnt particularly like or hate, sonic boom was ok the first few listens but then it got annoying.

the advance versions music was ok, i like how they remixed green hills in one of the acts in sonic advance 2 ( but may have been 3 )

i liked the sonic 3 soundtrack for only 2 levels, and those were hydrocity, and ice cap.. i liked hydrocity because it has a jazziness feel too it.. i liked the song for icecap zone 1 because i liked the way it started off.. and i also liked endless mine for the two player mode because it was composed very well. and finally, for the conclusion of the sonic 3 soundtrack, i liked the ending theme to sonic 3 (not when they played all of the music in the game during the credits...

i like mushroom hill from sonic and knuckles for the same reason i liked hydrocity in sonic 3... I also liked sandopolis zone act 2 especially the way it started. I liked lava reef act 1 it had kind of an exotic feel to it.. i liked death egg zone because of the rhythm of it..

and finally, for the sonic heroes soundtrack, i liked it a lot i thought that the music was very well suited to the levels in the game, and the songs in it were composed of very well. :) :B):

i liked the casino music in heroes but bingo highway was crap.

I LOVED the theam for sonic 2 its one of my all time favoret sonds *starts humming*

I just recent ly tured live and lurn (SA2) and open your heart (SA1) into DDR songs, and had quite alot of fun doing it.

I also did Icecap zone act 1 and sonic drive (jap sonic x opening)

sonic drive was an interestign song but i didnt think it had the catchiness of other japanese intros

That's for sure. Also for the people who were offended by the Bill Cosby joke, I'm sorry. He is a very intellgent man but if he get's a hold on Jell-O and starts making those weird noises, you gotta think there's something wrong with the guy.

well think about it from his point of view... he is a comedian, and he is one of the major political activist, he has taken a stand for a lot of things.. so its not like he was proud to make some of those noises and think about the age group he was targeting at the time... it certainly wasnt meant for the 10+ crowd so i guess you can say that it served its purpose.. :)

Tails' song was ok but I think if you listen to the Windmill Song from Ocaraina of Time for more than two hours, you will go insane.

I liked rouges theme, alot, but then again roug is my second favoret ch and I have like 3 gigs of pics and stuff (fan fics, sprites, animations, sonic x ep dealing with mainly rouge) devoted to her on my pc........I need help........and a girl frind............

the last part just sort of repeats till the song ends. but the lyrics make sense if you know about knux (read trhe old knux comics and stuff)

but I cant think of any other styl that would work for knuk. rock is more of sonic and shadows feel, rouge has a jazz thing going. anys got a poor exuse for a love song and robotnics got techno. not much left to pick from eh?

maybe knuckles would have more of a punk or metal feel? sure robotnik could have techo but he is robotics expert os maybe metal for him?

i thought that the e-series had a pretty cool theme in SA.. :)

I liked sonic adenture songs.I especially like eggman's theme and sadness (the song at the end) I didn't like knuckles's theme because I'm not a rap fan.

Sonic adventure2: I liked eggman's theme too,ive and learn, and I like the beggining of shadow's theme

As for Sonic Heoroes, I think the music is good but the lyrics suck.
