DBZ Tenkaichi 3 is pretty awesome. i can't tell if its better than the second one yet though. the story line in the second was longer and included flying around to get to ur destination. the story line for 3 was choose a balltle and 1...2...3.. ur there. don't get me wrong there were a lot of battles though. the controls are a little different. at least the blast imput command is. NOTE i use the wii classic controller. i find it cool that the characters talk while they're battling. Now heres something thats really weird. if u know dbz like i do than u know that goku defeated buu with the spirit bomb. well one battle with buu the characters even say use the spirit bomb. so i power up and use the spirit bom an it only takes away a bar of heath at best. and then everybody is still talking and saying u have to use the spirit bomb. later u fight buu vs buu then buu leaves, vegeta intervines. then goku comes back. then when u power up there is a thing on the screen that says right stick down. that pulls up a cutscene and it shows goku getting ready. then it goes back to the game and goku automatically uses the spirit bomb which kills buu with about 4 bars of health left. so neadless to say if u got through all the characters from goku back to goku and didn't put a scratch on buu. the spirit bomb does a one hit kill. if if the first time it doesn't do what its supposed to, when the game does it for u it does what its supposed to.But what the game lacks in story mode (which was pretty easy by the way. i beat it in 2 days.) it makes up with the many battles u can do in ultimate battle. Now for internet. I have to say i was kinda dissapointed with the online play. the onjline play is slow. i mean when u play against someone else its like the battle is in slow motion. but i have to keep playing because maby i was just playing with somebody that had a bad connection. I kinda miss the z item fusion. i don't really see why lauch should be seeling the z items again(budokai 3). what really ticks me off is that the atari crew won't incorporate the dragonrush(again budokai 3) anymore. That was an awesome move. its like they're saying "WOW the dragonrush was really succesful in budokai 3! Let's not do it anymore!" TREASON overall a good game. i still have to beat the tournaments and the ultimate balltles. oh yea i almost forgot. the custimization of characters is still available. but u can't customize for story mode. so thats about it. feel free to post thoughts. if u got confudsed by any of this then play the game for urself.

BULLET TIME OUT!

I read and watched many movies about his game. I wonder only few things. Why they created completely new music in the english version instead of leaving anime one and why did they change Seripa's name to Fasha (they have nothing in common). If I had ps2 I would probably have it already downloaded.

You realise that Budokai tenkaichi 3 and Budokai 3 are made by different companies right?

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is made by spike, Budokai 3 is made by Atari. Hence the differences.

As for you beat it in 2 days, what difficulty were you fighting on? cause I went normal on Tenkaichi 2 and it took me several days to do.

And as for online play, yeah its most likely one of you had a bad connection. To fully enjoy online play you need atleast DSL. If your opponent had anything else it could be they were too slow to keep up or if they were too fast that would mean that you were lagging them down. The system was trying to run at their speed but the net connection couldn't handle it.

So try it again, you'll probably find that with a similar net speed your matches will be much better.

normal difficulty

i don't care about the name fasha i think it sounds better. i thought tenkaichi was made by atari and spike and budokai 3 just atari. we have road runner internet in a belkin 54g wireless router

Nope, after Dimps (Sorry, I mistakenly put Atari in the above post) finished Budokai 3 the owners of Dragonball (Z/GT) went with Spike to develop the next Budokai game. But Spike didn't want to keep the name exactly the same since the game was getting a complete overhaul. So they called it Budokai Tenkaichi.

but still why can't they incorporate the dragonrush? and i know that budokai 3 was made by atari unless atari gave the game away in the middle of production. vz do u know something i don't?
