Can we use "created" codec calls?
I know a guy on Youtube called MALRWiiStation360 who mixed and matched Brawl Codec calls to make some funny things. XD

probably the one about zero suit samus are those codec calls actually in the game? my friend was telling me something about secret taunts. and the codec calls being secret taunts for snake

Yeah, set up a match like that and just rapidly tap Snake's down taunt till he does a different one. I suggest doing it with another player instead of a COM. Oh and it only works on Shadow Moses Island.
My favorites are Sonic and C. Falcon. Pikachu's is awesome too.

Actually you punch once then press down on the d-pad. I find it funny when you getting a codec call and then snake dies.
