who do u think is the bestest one at there own unique way. like sonic the hedgehog in SONIC HEROES where team sonic have there last fight with metal sonic and he becomes supersonic in order to kick his butt. Or shadow in SA2 where he had a horrific battle with the biolizard which makes u frustraded while trying to beat it. :B): :ok:

SA2 was more or less Shadow's game, as the plot revolved around him. As Sonic is off saving the world, Shadow continues to do the unexpected. In terms of character development, Shadow was a round character, while Sonic seemed kinda flat. So Shadow is the better hedgehog in that game.

Sonic Heros is a different story, as it seems to me like he was thrown in to keep the people who said: "OMG You killed Shadow!!!!1" quiet. Both characters seemed flat to me, and neather of them changed much. So, for the sake of liking main characters more than secondary ones, I have to with Sonic for this one.

And yes, Biolizard is a pain. :XD:

depends which game, i mean for the most part you see sonic do his "OMG robotnik takes over world, gotta stop him" while shadow either isnt seen or is briefly glimsed, as far as i know sonic heroes, adventure, adventure 2 and sonic battle are the only games with shadow in them.

i have no idea about sonic adventure/2
but in battle theres no real character development its just heres shadow.
heroes shadow is kind of developed but it isnt sure wether thats real shadow or not.

sorry, forgot to add sonic battle. but what i really meant was which one you prefer as best moves, personality, and action. or anything that u would like to add as ur favorite hedgehog. i apologize if i'm not making any sense. hope u get the idea though. :ashamed:


and to answer ur last sent. yes that is the real shadow in sonic heroes by the last scene that was shown. so i'll explain more about that later and the other games as well. :B): :ok:

well move wise i like shadow, chaos control rocks, but super sonic looks cooler than super shadow ( or hyper shadow ) shadows personality is cooler, the silent dark mysterious guy as compared to sonic's loud high speed hedgehog.

SA2= Shadow made better introduction than Sonic
Sonic Heroes= Sonic. Shadow is too confusing..more than usual like you want to know want happened
Sonic Battle=Shadow has better attacks

no one knows for sure, but all i know is that he doesn't age nor that he's just a robot. he's probably just both animal and a robot. :ashamed: check out the intro of team dark from sonic heroes and watch the preview after shadow gets out of the capsule and then attacked by omega. you will then see that omega defined him as a robot instead of as a creature hedgehog. :idontknow: but for sure he is most likely a clone from a preview hedgehog with super natural powers. if my theory is correct. :B): :ok:

well as for the ageing part who can tell i mean he was sealed in a capsule for many yrs before he was discovered, probably wouldnt age from that, and as for omega defining as a robot, no idea why that is, i dont imagine he is a robot because then metal sonic ( sonic heroes storyline ) couldnt copy his life form data if he was a robot copy?

that's because shadows an ultimate life form which was hard for omega and metal sonic to describe him as since he was a little bit of both that's all i know since he's a sort of a super being and all like that the rest of the characters, so yea. :ashamed: but i don't actually believe that shadow cannot age. he just stayed the same cuz of being in the capsule, in which u r right of course. and i'll probably explain about the new game of shadow the hedgehog, since it has both sonic and shadow and showing there personalities as there adventure begins. sorry, kinda got carried away. :B): :ok:

It`s a hard deision but I`ll have to go with Sonic.

Shadow was created. he wasnt born so he technically isnt real. although he has human emotions and stuff hes not an animal, hes a mysterious figure. and SA2 shadow pwns all

even though he has emotions and other stuff still means that he's real. how else would he be. he probably wouldn't be real if someone was there to control him or posses him. me and a few other people think that it doesn't matter, he's still a real live hedgehog even though if he was made as a copy or been geneticly created. but that's probably my guess. and i almost forgot, how else would he not be real if he was raised in a capsule, as showed in SA2. so yea. :B): :ok:

Sonic 'cause he's original. Shadow just hasn't done, or has, anything that makes him stand out on his own. He has potential that I see and want to come out, but he CAN'T merely be a Sonic clone (in terms of abilities). Even his attitude/personality reeks of a "what if Sonic was mean?" vibe. I believe in Shadow, and wait for the day when he becomes as awesome as he is in my head. (And he is AWESOME in here. :B): )

i dunno bad sonic clone is still kinda cool, but the thing is he uses deliberate chaos control long before sonic knows what it is, he doesn't control it til after shadow uses it. but i think shadow has a more interesting backstory, whats sonic's again?

well for sonic in SA2, he later gets framed for stealing a chaos emerald which was the duty of shadow. plus i like sonic's backround not giving a care for evil duwers unless it becomes really serious. anyway, he's mostly the type who doesn't answer to anyone and lives by his own rule which is travel and kick butt for the fun of it. so yea. :B): :ok:

Shadow is better cuz he has a past about him self and sonic is just a hedgehog with no past what so ever that I even noe

Shadow's cooler,has a better voice actor,and is cooler than sonic will ever be,but Sonic's bein around longer so I'd go with Shadow

About equal in SA2, Sonic in Sonic Heroes, and if you want to get into it, obviously Shadow in Shadow the Hedgehog. That reveals alot, which I won't spoil in this thread.

I'm pretty sure it is,but Shadow has a past,a cool voice,air shoes and is my 2 faviorite colours,black and red.

I think shadow would be the best. couse he has lots more knolage and power. With agilaty he is unstopable.

But....is it all in his shoes? I remebr watchin an episode of Sonic X and sonic got a pair of hover shoes like shadow, but i like shadow better, but sonic can pwn him

In Sonic Battle go to Run Skill and press R on Shadows Run Card it says he's faster then Sonic.

Sonic Battle is a fighring game that introduces Emerl,a legendary weapon of mass destruction that Sonic befriends and Shadow wants to destory,but everyone else is interested in it,especially Eggman.

You play as Sonic,then Tails,then Rouge,then Knuckles,then Amy,then Cream,then Shadow and then Emerl by himself,

Emerl gets all out of control and Sonic ends up destorying him.

Good game,completed it too.

played SA2 and finished it,barely beat Biolizard.
Shadow was and is my faviorite.
