For a hero, well, this took me quite some time to think of, because I thought of typical favorites like Sonic and Mario or MasterChief, who are wildly popular in their own right, with the evil they ovecoem and the justice they serve, but my favorite would be Link, from the Legend of Zelda series. A quiet boy, but with a sense of virtue and a pure heart, he overcomes any evil that crosses his path. Plus, he has some pretty cool items, such as the Hookshot, a bow and arrow set with magic powers, and lets not forget the ever popular Megaton Hammer, which was featured in Soul Calibur 2 as well. And finally, he wears tights and a Green Tunic and looks good doing it, eh?

Now for a villain, there's a wide array of choices in my mind. Sephiroth, will quite the villainous type, is not my favorite, not just because he as many a fanboy, but because I felt he was a bit.. unreal. No one can be that powerful with such Trifle experiments, can they? Then again, he is after all featured in a Game called Final -Fantasy-, so its all a matter of opinion.

I like a villain more down to earth, one that doesn't just inherit supreme power so quickly, someone like.. Kefka, from Final Fantasy 6. Through the course of the game, he gains more power, and doesn't just have it at the beginning. I admire that, and I note it as such. A simple human, with a thrist for power, who gradually takes it and becomes what he desires later in the game, and again, not at the beginning.
