the "about" box is up there mainly for those who want to know what this place is about.. it displays the rules because no one here reads them, when they get into trouble, and wonder why they got a warning, then they say that they didnt know that that was a rule.. so now they have no choice but to see them.

if anyone has a problem with it then that is on them, but it is up there for a reason and that is where it will stay.
