Title: NEW RULE!
Description: you had better read this..

(this was originally adapted from my post in the "i need to know" thread)

"...this is not a grammar class, being that most of you probably are in high school, than i am sure that you get more than enough of that from your teachers. this is a place where people can come to chill and talk about flash, sonic, or whatever was posted as a topic in threads, or on the other boards ok? ticktac has already apologized for his spelling... not that he had to, (since we all understood what he meant...)but did so out of courtesy. bdx doesnt use proper grammar, but so what?! neither do i, and neither do a lot of other people who post here... but fact-of-the-matter is that people want to have fun here, and not want to have to worry themselves over what does or doesn't constitute as proper grammar usage, when they post. so take it easy ok?..."

you guys really need to chill... nobody is perfect ok? not me, not you, NOBODY. so what gives you the right to sit up and criticize others on their grammar? i am quite sure that you don't like it when it is done to you...so HOW DARE YOU DO IT TO SOMEONE ELSE? as i stated before, this is NOT a grammar class, NOR IS THIS SCHOOL! so if you dont understand it then i suggest that you copy and paste the text in MSWORD and run a spell and grammar check on it so that "it may be to your liking." Be that as it may NONE of you use "proper grammar and/or spelling" and i am 200% sure that you would not want anyone criticizing you about it. believe it or not, not every one understands "our english" and NOT EVERYONE IS FROM HERE. so when you start criticizing people on their spelling it is quite possible that you are criticizing someone who has never been here, or spoken or written our language long enough to comprehend it. and are just trying to fit in with you and share in the fun you have on this forum. NOWHERE IN THE RULES DOES IT SAY THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PERFECT SPELLING AND/OR GRAMMAR IN ORDER TO POST HERE!!! (I know because I re-wrote them.) If you sit up and proofread your posts and make final drafts of them before you post them, or you scan every word you type for errors...fine, so be it, more power to you. but DO NOT criticize those who don't.

and thus implements a new rule.. the very next person to criticize another member about spelling, or grammer WILL receive a warning. this is a surefire way to start a flamewar and this will NOT occur on my watch got it? good.
