I think that we should have both. Then outstanding people would be pointed out. Like virus, and blk angle. I have seen those staff on the most. Maybe we even should point out what they did. Like Dark hunter for sprites, also Demond of war. Maybe even bdx for his outstanding work. Maybe Maran x for forum addvise.

yeah we had something like this but it was called the hellblaze headquarters member awards, where you voted on who you thought fit certain catagories then i added up the numbers and gave out the final results. you can see Black_Angel won several awards from this, they are displayed under her avatar.

its a yearly thing, though i might make up another contest or something, but we don't go by month because thats just too often and would become tiresome extremely quick.
plus it could be time consuming to do that alot and i don't know about the others but i don't actually get much time ( sure i'm on, but you know it happens i click on to the page in firefox then i get doing something else, usually homework and forget i've been signed in for a few hours. )

it is usually done annually, because that way we can see who is really deserving of the title.. so it is not a matter of who can or cant be here to oversee the contest.. the next member contest like this will be held on 10-14-06 :) who knows maybe we should have a avatar/sig of the month contest.. we pick the theme, and who ever wins, gets a custom title :)
