Black Angel - October 31, 2004 04:16 AM (GMT)
ok... sorry, i didnt remember my login info right away...(i've been under alot of stress) and tesm you are right the answer is so simple you'd kick your self for not thinking of it sooner... the answer to the riddle is "language" don't worry ill break it down.. here is the original riddle...

"There are three words in the English language that end in GRY. Two are HUNGRY and ANGRY. The third one everyone uses every day and knows what it stands for. If you listened carefully, I already told you what the word is."

The key is the phrase "the English language." In this three-word phrase, the third word is simply the word "language." Get it? "Language" is definitely something that "everyone uses every day"! the remaining portion of the riddle is moot (irrelevant)

by the way bdx, your bro in law told mom the answer, and i explained it to her... :D

wow...i thought you guys would have looked it up on Google or something... ;) :D

here's a little something to screw with your head...

kaiser302 - October 31, 2004 06:46 AM (GMT)

MY RIDDLE:

Two fathers and two sons go fishing.... they each catch a fish for themselves for dinner to bring home. When they return home, there are three fish.
What happened, if anything? How many people are there and who are they?

BlackDevilX - November 1, 2004 11:38 AM (GMT)
There a Grandfather, a fathe, and a son.

The grand father is the Fathers Father which makes One father
The father is the sons father whic makes to fathers
The father is the grandfathers son which makles 1 son
the son is the fathers son. which makes 2 sons

Black Angel - November 1, 2004 08:21 PM (GMT)

BlackDevilX - November 1, 2004 11:17 PM (GMT)
no
i heard dat joke a million times

TESM - November 2, 2004 02:00 AM (GMT)
ha! that was an easy one!

3 boys were given a challenge to earn a fathers inheritence. all they had to do was buy something for 1 gold coin and fill up the empty room in the house.
The first boy bought hay, the second some timber, and the third two small things he put in his pocket. When they got home, the hay filled up 1/3 of the room, the timber, 1/2, and then the little boy took the two things out of his pocket and quickly filled the whole room...his father was delighted at the boy's cleverness and left him all he had.

what did he have!?

BlackDevilX - November 2, 2004 02:03 AM (GMT)
