Well today i purchased Sonic riders, and i must say in my opinion the game is pretty good. Lots of characters to unlock, however the game is UNBELIEVABLY SHORT! They rip off from my FFSX series! theres only ONE BOSS! the ending is soooooooooo retarded! But the best part is, they used the SA2 model of sonic The best model for this game which is cool. Lol well anyways discuss it here

What I said to BDX: People don't realize we played this game 10 years ago.. back then we called it Sonic R.

Actually, Sonic R was a piece of crap. A major piece of crap if I may add. I think Sonic Riders must have some sort of advances. I've played Sonic R, it was very crappy.

Good point. I didn't have a saturn, only a genisis. I got the Gems Collection and was disappointed and that's where I played it. Sorry if this is a bit off topic but Sonic CD was a bit disappointing in difficulty and length, especially for a game that came after the original Sonic the Hedgehogs 1, 2, and 3.

Its fine. Anyways New tip. If you can master shadow rnning in Shadow the hedgehog, then you can master his boarding in this game. and if you can master the boarding herte, then you can DEFINITLY pwn everything

Shadow is in Sonic Riders? And I thought they rid him for this game but it seems not. I'm actually quite happy that they didn't do that though although i like Sonic more. Anyways, i'm going to have to check this game out even if people say it's lame, it's the type of Sonic fan I am. :ok:

alright! it took some getting used to but handling shadow was really easy after a while

I got it yesterday and shadow is easy to handle but jet and wave are hard in story mode

I've learned so much aobut Sonic Riders, but i think i should wait and get it before i buy just make sur ei like it
But i found out that instead of rideing on those boards you can use shadows skates or a bike if you beat certian things, you can also get eggman, and that monkey off of Super Monkey ball and cream the rabbit.
But i do wanna try the game out

(riding veichiles and places where you play) you have to play for at least 50 hours
straight to get two characters both robots E-10000G and E-10000R

Wasn't the topic for people who have the game? I know I'm not one to be talking since I don't have it but quit discussing things like the unlockables and price or whether it's rental. Understanding? Good, now just discuss story, game play and we'll all be happy.

Just one more thing, is this like DBZ Sagas in length, because if so it is a rental. Ok final thing of that concept coming from me.

A couple of weeks ago, i unlocked super sonic, and MAN does he blow! Lol the are good parts and bad parts, such as, he can use all 3, flight power and speed. However he runs on rings, and sometimest there arent any rings around so he turns into sonic and starts to run. now heres whats retarded, if u pick up 1 ring, he goes back to super sonic fro that split second, and then he turns back into sonic. it takes 20 rings to boost, and most likely people would be riding your turbulence

I guess that's why you stay ahead of everyone. Damn, I need a job or some money, but all of mine disappears. Even my wallet is gone now.

If the game is addicting and you guys say it's good then I'll buy it. Usually game critics don't know how to play games because they suck at them!

Well, I rented it and I LIKE IT!

Although I admit that the controls are a bit hard to master (the turning is very hard to do correctly unless done many times).

Overall I give Sonic Riders a 8.5 out of 10.

I'm still trying to unlock all the characters and gears though >_< takes a while. The bulk of the game is unlocking everything and the multiplayer mode. The story sucks though.

Well i just buy the game 3 weeks ago and today take Super Sonic Form (yeah, i know i playing with the calm :evilgrin: ) Well i like this game (really good with 3 more friends), it´s true history is only for fill, but i like see Sega working too in this theme too. Oh i reading in the net, Sega study to make a Sonic Riders with the new console generations, anyone reading more about it too??

Sonic Riders is a nice game for a fillin though.

its a fun game but i dont buy games that i only play for 2 days

I played it longer because I enjoyed the gameplay. Otherwise I wouldn't have.

My favorite character is Amy ^^ she's so cute.

Yeah. That cloud is really hard to conrtol even though it's one of the best items to use. You can unlock Super Sonic, but you have to get gold medals on all the missions.

I decided not to bother getting Super Sonic. Too much time for something I might use once or twice.

It reminds me of kirby air ride. great game though. All gold medals to get super sonic?!?! Thats carazy. Not gonna bother.
