This is only a brief explanation of the various user groups that we have here..

Admins - We are the ones who make the rules, we are the ones who make changes to this place.. in other words.. we run this place.

Global Moderators - Members in this group have the same powers as the admins.. they have access to pretty much all of the areas that admins do, and are to be respected as if they were admins here.. Gmod's can ban so don't think that they can't do anything if you get out of hand..

Moderators - These guys are in charge of all forum. they can lock, open, pin and delete posts and topics. There power is to be used for GOOD, however they cannot ban, but they can warn. And edit posts. DO NOT ASK HOW YOU CAN ACHIEVE THIS STATUS

+ Special Case - These are also the people we call on in the event we are stuck on a decision.. and it is tied 50/50 for both sides.. so we call in a third party to break the tie.. They are regular members, and so they have no special privileges, staff powers.. or anything like that..

+ Elite - The members in this group have access to the movie archive, and possibly other hidden (but not staff) areas of the board.. BDX got tired of people signing up just to lurk in that forum all day, and don't bother posting only to do it again the following day.. as of right now, there are only a few members who are apart of this.. But there will be more.. to get into this group, you have to be active (not saying that some of you aren't) in all areas of the forum.. and not just 1 or 2 areas.. Some of our old members who were once active, are not included in this group, because they only post in 1 or 2 forums, don't bother to welcome new members, or participate in the community discussions..

The members in this group have the same privelages as members, and they receive no special treatment.. the only difference being that they can see the archive.. they do not have access to the staff area, nor do they have access to ffsx6.

Members - People who registered accounts here and remained active.. these are the people who have contributed to this forum, and these are the people we are truly grateful for, because if it weren't for them, we would not be as popular as we are now. And as an added bonus, you guys are allowed to reply and post your videos in the the Theater, and you have full access to the Arcade.(<= click.)

The New Guys - These are the people who just joined the forum and are still wet behind the ears of posting. These guys dont get acces to some of the good stuff the members get. After 100 posts you get to the...

Sub-Members - These guys have the same access to all the things regular members have, and you now get to view the Theater. However you cannot Reply to the movies yet. You may also be able to view the SSA, and FFSX discussion areas.. Once you reach 250 posts, you will become a full member.

® Restricted: Mature - These are the people who have shown that they are not mature enough for the more mature sections of this forum.. Because of this, they wont be able to see the mature sections anymore. If in the event that, they should behave themselves, and show that they can be trusted to act like a mature individual, they may be reinstated. Otherwise, they will remain in this group permanently.

® Restricted: Media - Those in this group cannot access the Photoshop, Art, Comics, Flash, or Any of the video forums. They can't post pictures, watch videos, or even post in the sections containing them. Either because they were abusive in their critique, or posted inappropriate material in these sections. Once you end up in this group, you cannot access these areas again.

® Restricted: Community - Those in this group cannot access any part of the forum, except the order, and arbitration areas. Those in this group could not be trusted to conduct themselves in a well behaved manner. If you could not debate your point, without resorting to personal attacks, or you continued to misbehave while in the other restricted groups, then you will end up in this group. This is your final stop before being banned or suspended.

Pulled a Judy Winslow - In short, these are members who were once active, but aren't anymore.. These members are those who were inactive since 2004, or 2005.. In case you didn't get the "Judy Winslow" reference, she was the youngest daughter of Harriet and Carl Winslow on the show "Family Matters" (the show with steve urkel) and then "faded away" mid-season... (she later on grew up to be a pornstar.. :blink:)

Have Yet To Post - These are the people who registered an account here, but havent posted anything... in a word, they're lurkers.. We delete these accounts every 3 months..

Validating - These are the members who recently registered to the forum, but their accounts have yet to be validated.. If you are in this group, be patient.. validation can take anywhere from 1 to 48 hours.. and usually depends on who is online at the time, and whether or not we are on the look out for a suspicious user.

Duplicate/Disabled Accounts - These are people who created Duplicate Accounts, either to bypass their warning, or because they lost access to their original accounts.. whatever the case, these accounts are placed into this group..

Probation - These are the people who were warned or suspended, got off, but are closely watched, in case they act up again..

Banned Until 13th Birthday - Underaged members who have been banned until their 13^th birthday.

Banned - These are the members who just dont get it.. they cross us.. and get burned.. and when they cool off.. they cross us again.. So we get tired of suspending them and flat out ban their asses.. End of story.

Bots - Spam bots are placed into this group.
