Who do you think is better,Sephiroth from FF7 or Kuja from FF9?

no spoilers from the movie please, though i have seen it i don't want it spoiled for anyone who hasn't seen it.
i think sephiroth is the better villian for obvious reasons. ( if you've seen it you'll know what i mean. )

oh, my mistake i thought you were talking about from ff7 sephiroth and ff7 advents children ( i misread kuja for Kadaj )

i really gotta read these things more thoroughtly, that reading things twice just isn't enough anymore.

but as for on-topic i say sephiroth still, hes got a huge sword, strong magic, a real reason to become a villian ( you find out your the results of a genetic experiment and try not to be too bitter, against the company who now employs you. ), though it is a pity you never get to fight his normal form, ( i think it'd be fitting, fight normal form, then bizarro then finally safer form. )

but i haven't played ff9 so i really don't know much about the main villian.

It's gotta be sephiroth. He's got a blade that permanately kills people.

Kuja destroyed a life crystal and his home world by himself.

But Sephiroth has Supernova,so I don't know...

Well i couldn't stop notice this topic, and i must say........chosing who's a better vilan-Sephiroth/Kuja-is a little bit difficult........You see i am a Sephiroth lover like you've noticed........but that doesn't mean that i don't like kuja.......by the contrary i love that girl(ups sorry:P)that guy.........cause in the end kuja and sephiroth are the same and think alike.............i'm saying this because, camon let's see these two vilans at a certain time of their lifes were confronted with a diferent reality of what they thoutgh that was their reality( :unsure: dont know if you're cathing my drift :unsure: ):In Sephiroth case when he discovered that he wasn't a real human, that he was a simple creation........he just went mad and started to venerate things that he barely knew........not to mention the death's that he cased;In Kuja's case.......well at the begining i honestly thougt that that guy wasn't really a guy, but a girl........i mean you all have to admit......Kuja does look like a drag queen!......but what i love in kuja is defenetly not is look.........but is personality(althou in is trance form he looks a lit bit like a man :D ).......he's personality is just as the same as sephiroth.....when he discovered that he was about to die he just went berserk and sarted do destroy everything.....including a frikin planet!........that's why i say that this is a difficult choise........But hell whit kuja.........i like i'm but he's a little bit to "strange" in my point of view...........So i prefer a hundred times my god Sephiroth................

well from hearing that i still say sephiroth is definitly better as a villian, why? because sephiroth doesn't think he is immortal but he has a plan to make himself an immortal living god ( and he almost succeeds too ) his supernova move is a planet buster.

I agree with Virus Zero,sure,Sephiroth isn't immortal but he trys to destroy the world,while Kuja just dosen't wanna die alone,so he trys to destroy everyone so he

I agree with you guys in that...............it's just like i said before..............they think alik, touhg it is in a diferent way but stil they both have that berserk disire to kill and to destroy evrything that breaths........the only diference is that Sephiroth kills for the reasons that VirusZero said(and i really agree with you-he looks cool all the time, but in the new movie he looks like a junky, but still cool :D )and Kuja kills because of his selfish thoutghs,just like you mentioned The_Dark_Heart_Breaker...............The only problem about Kuja is his look.........(im sick of discribing that thing).....................

Yeah but you gotta admit it's pretty sad that he gets beaten twice. Thrice if you include Sora from Kingdom Hearts. (But I guess that doesn't count.) But that just means he's popular right? You don't see Kuja in multiple games.

you might be thinkin gof kadaj or one of his guys, sephiroth never cries for his mother, he does make it clear he wants to find her. but looking at those lines if you find emo there your putting it there, because those lines aren't emo. its a badass villian mocking the hero

if sephiroth is emo, cloud is bursting the emo limits, because he is angsty and moody, he thought he was a soldier but his memory was so mixed up, he drowns himself in in memories after almost dying, hmm that sounds more like an emo than what sephiroth is.

hey, hey, hey, i said i lose, sephie is a softy, but to cloud(which incidentally is the only one he appears around, well exept in the final fight in ff7, that doesn't count!) he is a complete ZELL, if you don't know who zell is, ff8, also baddass, very tough. this is just a metaphore though, mos tof your points I agree with, but one more thing about kuja. yes he wears a g-string, and yes he's kinda fruity, BUT, his ideals of evilness are awesome, i mean like, he wants to DESTROY a planet, and he has the idea that he is going to live through it, to make it back to his world, terra, tell me thats not baddass, your only looking at the outside

Well Krypt you should play ff9............it migt not be the best of the series of ff but it's one cool game.............and it will keep your ass sticked to the sofa believe me..............although the story and the gameplay are very good..........the game is still a little bit childish..........but i advise you to play it............you wont regret it believe me ;)(there should be some of them in El Corte Ingles Krypt ;) only for 10$ ;) )........................
