What the hell is up with celebs and sex tapes??

first there was pam and tommy lee..

then there was paris hilton.. though, she produced it, and gave the ok for its' circulation.. so yeah.. in a sense, she used her cunt to beome famous.. otherwise, she would have been just another faceless, rich white girl..

next was r kelly pissing on a baby.. (ok i know she wasnt a baby but it was still nasty as fuck..)

then there was jamie foxworth aka judy winslow from family matters.. but, to be fair, that was actually porn..

aren't they smart enough to know that if they have a sex tape, and they rely on others to develop it, that copies WILL be made?

it doesn't even matter whether or not they are famous anymore..

you may have been a regular person before you got famous, but if you are no longer famous, that doesn't make you a regular person anymore.. someone will always be watching you..

when you think about it, it is kinda like losing your virginity..

you are a virgin, but once you have sex, you are no longer a virgin.. once you stop having sex, you don't become a virgin again.. you can't get it back..

yes, like civilians, celebs are entitled to their privacy, but they won't get it because part of becoming famous means that you relinquish your right to privacy.. and that is one of the downsides to becoming famous..

being a civilian includes a certain level of anonymity, and once you become famous, you lose it.. and like your virginity, once you lose it, you can't get it back.

when will they learn that as a celebrity, you can't get away with the same shit you got away with when you were just a regular person?

if you are going to have a sex tape, at least be smart about it..

Exactly as Mystic says, it's all about the Benjamins. It really isn't even a good thing for these celebrities to do. Yeah, the Judy Winslow thing we can let slide but everybody else.......NOOOOOOO. We all knew Paris Hilton and her dilopitated head was a slut and we all knew she had one talent, SHE COULD CAPITALIZE OFF OF IT! The Pam/Tommy Lee affair was just a bunch of home movies that got leaked so it's not entirely their fault, yet they made a tape of bedtime naughtyness anyway so it is nasty. Aside from that, it's not a cool thing to do and as for Screech, Slater doesn't think you're cool now. I mean, I don't even know if he thinks he's cool anymore. Hewas one Dancing With The Stars for God's sake!

By the way, the Paris Hilton tape is nothing special. Just a bed shaking in nightvision and orgasms for two-three hours straight. When you know a college level girl; with a laptop and perverted friends, you'll tend to see this sort of thing.

Ugh...This kinda crap sickens me. WTF is wrong with those people. HAVE THEY NO SHAME WHAT-SO-EVER? i think celebs go on to doing stupid things like this is because they know that they are going to get attention.. and it is like the saying , there is no such thing as bad press.. whether or not the attention is positive, or negative doesn't matter..

people will look, and people will talk, and it will be in the press..

and if they claim that that was not the reason, then wouldn't they have done that at the peak of their fame, so that they can become even more famous, as opposed to doing it as soon as you think that no one is watching?

hmm. most celebs that make these tapes are desperate for more attention, I half expect paris to "leak" another one cause she seems to be losing popularity/interest/celebity status...

and yes once you do this there is no going back, but relying on the fact you have one or the other to build your popularity is as dirty and underhanded as a low blow in a fight.

and once they do this thye then expect people to leave them alone afterwards... when their whole goal was to be noticed, now they don't want that attention... it's hypocritical and pathetic that they would need to do this, it's better to live honourably and anonomously than famous and pathetic.
