Bdx and I remember this game from our mom's first computer.. which ran Windows 3.1.. I think it came with it.. The objective is to get the red block out, in as little moves as possible.. my record for the first puzzle on the first level is 36 my record for the second puzzle on the first level is 38.. Have you ever played this game? Like jezzball, it runs from its own folder so all you have to do is unzip the file put it in a folder and then run it.. here is the wiki.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klotski

After I beat the first level, first puzzle in 99 moves I became discouraged and a part of my brain was quickly filled with anger for this game, it's a good game don't get me wrong, but it's too challenging for my liking.

I know the feeling.. I just beat my record with only 30 moves.. I was putting together some screenshots, and that was when I was like HOLY CRAP.. and realized where I went wrong.. before that I could only top out at 36 or 37 moves.. There is more than one way to beat this puzzle, but I have only done it once before and that took me like 49 moves.. considering the way I went about beating it in 30 moves, I doubt there is a way to beat in less moves.. I could be wrong, so don't quote me on it..

After I beat the first one I was gonna try the second one, so I looked at it and I was all like, "What's differe--oh, yeah." Realizing how one two tall blocks complicated it, I didn't even try that second one.
PS: OMFG 30 moves, when put against my 99 that's just like holy friggin cow! Then again I screwed up some so I had to move the blocks back, adding to my moves.

I beat the second one once, and that was 2 nights ago..
I once beat puzzle 8 on level 1.. I think that was luck, because I sure as hell don't remember how I did it..
I tried to do the last puzzle on level 3.. I took one look at it, and I closed the program.. That was about 8 or 9 years ago..
I think the secret is to keep the little blocks together..

That's what I did before I replied to this topic the first time. I didn't even see what had to go where, y'know goal wise.
