It TRULY adds to the Hellblaze part of the name of this place.

I like it. I'm actually opposed to the character themed skins, as nice as they are. Reason being, Hell Blaze is a forum in support of BDX's flash and wanting to express completely original ideas later in his flash I think his forum should represent something along those lines, and this skin helps with that.

Aside from that, it gives a more cool-down zone feel to it.

Thing is, BDX always told me that he'd like me to make character based skins, due to the characters in his flash, even after we merged, where we'd alternate between banners with and without characters.. long before he decided that this was going to be a general forum.. so that was why he always had the sonic characters in the banners and buttons..

He said he wanted a dark red and black skin, and I did exactly that.. I decided to use lighter colors for the text and links because black would be hard to see, and not to mention there are some who might have trouble seeing what was on the forum..

Myself included.

This was an interesting challenge for me because I typically avoid colors that I am not particulary fond of when I do make skins.. and is why that in the 50+ skins I have made, that this is only my second red-based skin..

The first would have been too light, and it wouldn't have matched what bdx was going for despite their similarity in hue..

Love it...gives a more dark tone to this forum...at least for me...

It's got that warm feeling that red has without the jump out at your face that light colours give you

If it were any darker it'd be impossible to see the text aswell

So this wasnt on the first try? Hmm. You made this one very well. I didnt really expect the pinkish text, but it came out better then i expected.

This is a pretty good skin. When got on here and looked at it I thought, "Hmm. This is new." Pretty good, nonetheless.

Thanks, and this was my first try, this is only my second red-based skin.. The first was DMC based, and it wouldn't have matched HBHQ's theme..
